Our whole-home heat treatment is one of the most effective bed bug elimination methods available because it:

• Kills all stages of bed bugs — eggs, nymphs, and adults — in a single treatment.

• Penetrates deep into wall cavities, mattresses, couches, furniture, baseboards, and other hard-to-reach areas.

What the 45-Day Warranty Covers

​

If you see any live bed bugs within 45 days of treatment, we will return at no charge to re-treat the affected areas.

To activate the warranty, you must provide a live bed bug for proper identification and confirmation. Please try not to kill or squish the bug. Place it on a clear piece of tape, in a small plastic bag, or in a jar and contact us right away. Once verified, we will come back and provide a free chemical follow-up treatment.

We also provide ongoing phone and email support throughout the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

​

• New bed bug introductions after the 45-day period.

• Infestations brought in by guests, travel, used furniture, or neighboring units (common in apartments/townhomes).

• Damage caused by bed bugs or any other pests.

• Treatments for other insects or rodents.

• Homes that have not been properly prepared according to our pre-treatment instructions.
